Event Rules and Information

 - Follow Staff Instructions: To ensure the safety and smooth entry of all guests, please follow all instructions from the event staff.

 - Consequences of Non-compliance: Failure to follow staff instructions and precautions may result in denied entry or the cancellation of the event itself.

 - Queueing Policy: Forming a line more than 30 minutes before the doors open is strictly prohibited.

 - Lining Up Location: Please refrain from lining up at the Onoden 4th-floor staircase or around the Onoden building more than 30 minutes before the doors open. If staff see a line forming, you will be asked to disperse.

 - Official Queue Start: 30 minutes before the doors open, please begin to line up in order of arrival in the walkway to the left of the Onoden building, as directed by staff. At this time, please keep close to the building to avoid obstructing the walkway.

 - Entering the Venue: When the doors open, staff will guide you. Please have the QR code for your admission ticket ready to present at the 5th-floor reception.

 - Venue Access (18:00 - 20:00): For entry between 18:00 and 20:00, please enter through the Onoden main entrance, proceed to the 4th floor via the elevator, escalator, or stairs, and then use the staircase located next to the 4th-floor shop to reach the venue.

 - Venue Access (After 20:00): After 20:00, the main building will be closed. Please use the designated side entrance for entry.   

 - Further details on how to enter will be announced in advance on our official X (formerly Twitter) account.

 - Guidance by Staff: Please be aware that staff may gently touch your shoulder or back to guide you.

 - Ticket Requirement: An admission ticket is required for all attendees.

 - Baggage Check: For safety reasons, we may conduct a baggage check upon entry.

 - Prohibited Items: Bringing outside food, drinks, or any dangerous items into the venue is not permitted.

 - Intoxication: Entry while heavily intoxicated is strictly forbidden.

 - Prohibited Behavior: Loitering, sitting on the floor, or gathering in large groups around the venue or in other Onoden retail areas is strictly prohibited as it inconveniences local residents and other customers. 

 - Personal Belongings: Please manage your own valuables. A cloakroom service is available for a ¥500 fee (no in-and-out access).
 - Photography and Videography: Please be aware that the event will be filmed and photographed. Your likeness may be captured in the footage.
 - Artist Photography: Taking photos or videos of the artist "A.m.A" is prohibited. You are welcome to take photos during the DJ sets.
 - Consideration for Others: When taking photos within the venue, please be considerate and avoid capturing other guests without their permission.
 - Dangerous Behavior: Rushing or pushing forward ("takamari dash") is dangerous and prohibited.
 - Ejection from Venue: If staff determine your behavior to be dangerous and you do not comply with their instructions, you may be asked to leave the venue.
 - Smoking Policy: The venue is a non-smoking environment. Please use the designated smoking area.
 - Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Acts of violence and nuisance behavior (such as extreme intoxication, excessive soliciting, or unauthorized photography) are strictly forbidden. Anyone found engaging in such acts will be immediately ejected from the venue, and the police may be contacted.
 - Enjoying the Event: To ensure a safe and fun event for everyone, we ask for your cooperation, mutual respect, and consideration for those around you.

 - By purchasing a ticket for this event, you are considered to have agreed to all terms and conditions stated on this page.
 - Please bring a valid form of identification, as we will conduct ID checks at the entrance. - In the event of a cancellation, please note that we cannot compensate for travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
 - We assume no responsibility for any trouble or issues that arise from failure to comply with the event rules.
 - Any guest who causes a disturbance to others or fails to follow staff instructions inside or outside the venue may be ejected. No refund will be issued in such cases.
 - If your actions result in an accident or injury to a third party, the matter must be resolved between the parties involved. The event organizers will not be involved in any negotiations or dispute resolutions.
 - For safety and crowd control, we may regulate the queue or change the door and start times of the event without prior notice.
 - After the event concludes, please cooperate with staff instructions to ensure a smooth and orderly exit.

■ ID & Identity Verification
To prevent ticket scalping, we will ask to verify the identity of the ticket purchaser upon entry.
On the day of the event, please bring both your ticket, which has your name printed on it, and a valid form of ID that matches the name on the ticket.
You will be denied entry for any reason—including forgetting, losing, or having an invalid ticket or ID—if you cannot present both required items. In such cases, ticket refunds will not be issued, and travel expenses will not be compensated.

 - Please note that if there are any discrepancies in your information, you may be asked to wait while we conduct verification.
 - The identity verification process may become very crowded close to the start time, and you may not be able to enter before the performance begins. We recommend arriving early.
 - If we cannot confirm that the ticket purchaser and the attendee are the same person, or if we discover that the ticket has been resold or transferred, entry will be denied.

(Please note: Utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) and other forms of mail are not accepted, even if your name is printed on them.)

■ Re-entry Policy

 - Ticket holders are permitted to re-enter the venue after exiting. There is no limit on the number of re-entries.

■ Regarding Letters and Gifts

A gift box will be available at the venue on the day of the event. Please review the following rules regarding acceptable items.
The following items cannot be accepted:

 - High-value items (e.g., video game consoles, designer bags, accessories).

 - Food and beverages (including perishable items, frozen foods, and alcohol).

 - Large or heavy items (items exceeding 60cm on any side or that are difficult to transport).

 - Cash or financial instruments (including electronic money, gift certificates, discount coupons, and commemorative coins).

 - Dangerous items (e.g., explosives, fireworks, sharp objects).

 - Living things. - Used or opened items.

 - Items that violate public order and morals.

 - Any other items deemed unacceptable by management.
Please be aware that all letters and gifts will be inspected by staff. Depending on the contents, some items may not be given to the performers. Unacceptable items will be disposed of and will not be returned. To protect your privacy, please do not write personal information like your home address directly on letters.

■ Regarding Flower Stands

Please have it delivered on the event day, October 19th, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Please arrange for pickup the next day, October 20th, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

 - We may not be able to accept deliveries that arrive outside of the specified time window.

 - The base of the flower stand must be 40cm x 40cm or smaller, and the total height must be 180cm or less.

 - Please be aware that arrangements with flowers or decorations that significantly exceed these dimensions may not be displayed.
