Only winners are allowed to access the online event.
This streaming is a live broadcast where you will be able to watch only in real-time. If you start watching in the middle of the broadcast, you would only be able to watch from that point onwards. If you pause the streaming during the broadcast, you would only be able to resume it from the point at which you restart watching, not where you left off. Please also note that fast forwarding and rewinding are not available.

The viewers are responsible for data usage costs for viewing the streaming.
Due to the long length of the stream, there will be a large amount of data traffic. We strongly recommend viewing the streaming in a high-speed and stable WiFi environment.
We expect a large amount of access to the website when the event starts, and it would possibly be difficult to access to the website. Please access to the website prior to the start time of the event. 
This event may be canceled, suspended, or delayed due to technical difficulties.
The event may be canceled or postponed, or the date, time, and/or contents of the event may be changed without prior announcement due to inevitable circumstances such as COVID-19 situations, natural disasters, illness or accident of the performers, transportation failure, equipment failure at the discretion of management. No refunds in any of these cases.
Depending on your connecting environment and the country/region, the video and/or audio may be distorted, or that you may not be able to watch the entire event.

Please check if our sample video plays back without any problems in your viewing environment and device. 

Restrictions
Only the winners are allowed to attend the event. 
Transfer/resale of serial number is strictly prohibited. If we find such act, the winner will lose an access to the event.
Unauthorized use of audio/video recording of the event, including reproduction, transfer, lending, uploading to the internet, or other distributions of recording (including the recorded data) is strictly prohibited.
No refund nor compensation request will be accepted.
Serial code will not be re-issued for any reasons, including loss, theft, and damage.

Serial code
When copying and pasting a serial code, it may contain a blank space before and after it. Authorization will not be processed if a blank space is contained with the serial code. Please make sure that a blank space is not included.
