ONE OR EIGHT
ONE OR EIGHT is an all-Japanese, 8-member boy group. They burst onto the scene on August 16, 2024, with their debut single "Don’t Tell Nobody," produced by Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic, which instantly clinched the #1 spot on the Billboard Japan Heatseekers Songs chart. In December 2024, they dropped "KAWASAKI (with Big Sean)," a powerful collaboration that soared to #5 on the US iTunes Hip-Hop/Rap Song chart. They followed up in March 2025 with "DSTM"—a brilliant reinterpretation officially sampling Rihanna's "Don't Stop The Music"—which made history as the first-ever Japanese boy group to chart on the US's most prestigious radio charts, "Mediabase TOP40" and the "Billboard US Pop Airplay," drawing global attention to their exceptional musicality.
Within just a year of their debut, they successfully wrapped up over 30 live performances across 10 countries. Now in only their third year since debuting, this Japan-originated boy group has expanded their stage of passion and challenges globally, racking up over 120 million total views on YouTube and over 290 million views on TikTok videos featuring their tracks.
In January of this year, they released their 1st Mini Album GATHER. The lead track "TOKYO 8 DRIFT" officially remakes TERIYAKI BOYZ's "Tokyo Drift (Fast & Furious)," globally renowned as the theme song for the movie The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. The highly addictive track took TikTok by storm, exploding past 100 million total views on the platform in less than a month after its release, continuing to capture the world's attention.
